Meet Sophie
A real woman with big ideas
A little about me
Helping people discover the hidden wealth in their everyday world.
I'm Sophie. I'm ambitious, curious and endlessly excited by ideas — especially the ones that help people see what's already in front of them.
[Sophie to add: where you're from, what you love, what makes you laugh]
Why I believe in finding diamonds

When I first started out on my own, I joined ActionCOACH and came across an illustration of two miners. One gave up just before reaching the diamonds. The other persevered and found them.
That picture has stayed with me ever since. It's not about digging harder — it's about perseverance, recognising opportunity, building relationships and learning where to look.
What I've learned along the way
Life doesn't always go to plan. Sometimes you have to dig deep, change direction, start again — or simply keep going.
[Sophie to add: a turning point or lesson you're happy to share]
How my background shapes the way I see opportunity
I hold a Master's degree in International Business Law, and I've spent my career as a commercial solicitor working on deals, contracts and the nuts and bolts of how businesses grow.
That grounding taught me that opportunity rarely appears by accident. It shows up in good relationships, in understanding the rules well enough to work within them, and in spotting value other people walk past.
Being a founder added the rest: the risks, the restarts and the persistence. Together they shape everything I talk about — opportunity, relationships and growth that lasts.
The businesses I'm building
Alongside my work as a commercial solicitor, I'm building PSTORA, Newbould Business Solutions and innov8law — each one an idea about helping people and organisations create real value.
